West Maui’s real estate professionals are turning profits into progress for our island home by creating the Alliance to Improve Maui (AIM). The objective of the organization is to build and maintain a premier realtor’s network to provide financial support for targeted West Maui community non-profit corporations that are focused on addressing critical community enhancements.

The initial goal of AIM is to provide $1.5 million in funding for the building and operation of the Maui Preparatory Academy (MPA) in Napili.

How do we achieve them?

AIM partners agree to contribute a substantial portion of their earned commissions to MPA if a buyer or seller of real estate credits Maui Preparatory Academy as a contributing factor in their decision to contract with the AIM agent.

The AIM Roster

Currently the AIM roster includes 10 participants led by founding members Mary Anne Fitch, Coldwell Banker Island Properties and Cliff McQueen, Maui Isle Realty. Members include Joline Dorner, Sullivan Properties, Laurie Lowson, Lowson & Associates, Mitch Mitchell, Dean Otto, Betty Sakamoto and Roy Sakamoto, all of Sakamoto Properties, Sharen Sylva, Kapalua Realty and Roger Torres, Coldwell Banker Island Properties.

FRIENDS of AIM

“FRIENDS of AIM”  has recently been initiated to expand the fund raising potential to other real estate professionals, their clients,  escrow and title companies, mortgage brokers, lending institutions, appraisers and other real estate affiliates.  The goal AIM has set is to raise $1.5M.
